I'm happiest in engaging environments where ideas are shared, things get accomplished, results are achieved, and people grow personally and professionally.

In my nearly four decades as an IT professional, the business technology world has dramatically changed, and I've enthusiastically evolved with these shifts to stay ahead of challenges and maximize opportunities.

Starting from entry-level IT practitioner to Vice President of Digital Technology at one of Canada's largest insurance companies, my journey has provided opportunities to transform and enable business results. I've guided many technology transformations as both enabler and driver of operational effectiveness and cost savings.

My expertise traditionally focuses on financial sector technology – group and individual insurance, wealth management, benefits, and pensions – but my practical approaches transfer easily to any business model or organization.

I'm passionate about helping others grow and have shared knowledge through formal teaching as Adjunct Faculty at two universities, plus informal coaching and mentoring. Outside work, I'm a sports and aviation enthusiast and active philanthropist through the Kiwanis Club of Forest City – London.
