Senior Consultant

What I enjoy most about my work is helping teams cut through complexity and make meaningful change feel manageable. I’m energized by finding practical solutions that support advisors, strengthen operations, and ultimately create better experiences for clients.

I’ve spent my career in operational leadership roles across wealth management and financial services, working with teams of all sizes, from small, close-knit groups to organizations with hundreds of people. My experience spans leading wealth operations and distribution organizations, including compensation, field administration, and securities teams. I’ve also served in a Chief of Staff role, helping coordinate priorities, move initiatives forward, and manage a $40M budget.

Much of my work has focused on change initiatives, from improving and streamlining processes to introducing new tools like imaging across operations teams, and supporting the transition from legacy systems to more sustainable, long-term platforms. I’m especially drawn to the human side of change. I love bringing people together through thoughtful, inclusive planning so improvements are practical, well adopted, and lasting.

At the heart of what I do is a desire to make a real difference. I care deeply about helping advisors and teams work more effectively, so they can focus their energy where it matters most.

Outside of work, I enjoy walking my two chow chows, Mozzie Bear and Indigo. I also volunteer as the bookkeeper for GTM Zambian Sonshine, a mission based in northern Zambia.
