I've managed P&Ls in the tens of millions, led technology implementations with $15 million annual budgets, and directed national sales teams with $6 billion yearly targets. My proven track record includes driving growth through creativity, digital innovation, and first-to-market product launches across wealth management, insurance, and group retirement services.

I have front-line sales experience and functional responsibility for nearly every aspect of financial institution operations. This broad exposure has given me insights across the entire industry spectrum – from the magic that happens when small teams focus on shared goals to understanding the challenges of large matrix organizations.

When I'm not working on SagePath's business or helping clients grow theirs, you'll find me at the cottage working on projects or playing with my tractor.
