Helping financial advisors delight their clients is my passion. I've led teams ranging from 4 to 425 employees across client service, policy changes, claims, communications, advertising, and marketing within insurance and wealth management.

My expertise includes designing engaging client experiences, processes, and metrics, plus creating communication programs across client and product lifecycles. I'm also skilled in crisis communications and presentation development and delivery.

I love discovering what makes each advisor firm unique. Every client touchpoint is an opportunity to deepen and expand relationships. Increasing the frequency and impact of those interactions – while saving advisors time – is hugely rewarding.

When I'm not collaborating with advisors, you can usually find me in hockey rinks across Ontario or working in my gardens.
