Extreme weather events can happen quickly and cause havoc in the community. By sharing tips on how to best plan for the unexpected through animated videos, Elgin County took a proactive approach to inform residents. We created a suite of eight videos that included both vertical and landscape screen formats. Content covered a variety of aspects including how to prepare an emergency kit and how to understand posted warnings.
